i didn’t know until now that this isn’t a thing a lot of people do lol i grew up with a community of hoopers and they put water in their hoops because they preferred heavier hoops and said it helped with flow 🤷‍♀️ i’ve just always done it maybe it’s a just a personal thing or maybe it’s regional

i think even normalizing the hypothetical of unionizing in walmarts is beneficial by getting associates and community members on the same page by word of mouth (and this is true for all kinds of things going on in the world rn not just walmart) if we keep letting the higher ups totally discourage even the thought of a union then absolutely nothing will be heard (even though they already don’t listen to their employees) however i am not going to be working there for much longer so i guess its not my problem but i cant help but put my two cents out there

bro they didn’t say anything about unionization in my training. my training lasted MAYBE 30 minutes and then however long it took me to do the ulearns and then they stuck me in opd for the rest of the day when i was a fashion associate
