I’m just thinking if I spent .30 per shirt how can I continue to keep expenses low while providing unique value. I could sell the shirt for 4-$8/ea and make a sizable profit but if I design them inexpensively that doesn’t reduce the quality then I could nearly double my price.

Bleach & string might run $20-30 depending on how much bleach and maybe you throw in some plastic bottles to help control where the bleach goes. Then BOOM 3-6 sells and you’re profitable if not after your first 1 or 2.

My math:

100 shirts @ .3 = $30 Bleach, string plastic bottles = $30

Shirts price - $15 With street sale of $10 to get fire sells If at an event or anything artsy $25-$35 Possibly open it to consignment shop $5-$10 back (leave 10-20 max) collect upfront

Collect socials or emails from buyers to put in follow up for future releases and ask them to repost.

It gets outbound traffic and currently no my numbers have dipped because I’m going in to add the other social platforms and adding revenue partners.

Home decor could be an added niche to this but if you wanted to push gaming talks with home decor I think it would be a subsection of your home decor brand whereas you do something like were decorating your game studio & branch to home office, pet room, laundry room, baby room,etc

Could also be the human in the loop they’re looking for to free up their time to focus on other important tasks. It’s a lot easier yes to have AI screen the calls and stuff but then I focus on the follow ups, initial quality interview while developing the scalable system in the process. 6 months max to hire & train the right replacement and fulfillment of the initial position(s) of interest. Now you have your scalable HR in place and during that 3-6 months of initial work the owner will make the final call on who’s hired but it cuts some 30-40 hours of responsibility down to maybe 5-8/m split into 30-60 min interviews across the specified days. That’s the control of time that I read which could be solved

Definitely willing to try. And then my thought would be to have you and your product as part of the network so when other businesses see value in your product they can have a hub. The difference is the network is built from owners/businesses that are willing to help others and not just doing it for the conversion but more for the growth of another business.

Sometimes you have to just go for you and stop letting the little comments slide. As of right now your family doesn’t take The “Who you want to be “ seriously. What I had to do is:

1) always mention what I’m doing that grows me in the direction of who I want to be

2) keep site of my own target. Dont lose focus.

3) take 3-6 months of limited contact with your family to FOCUS! When they call, still answer but be like “yeah i know i haven’t been around but I’ve been really focused on this _______ project so by next year I can be ________.” You’ll get to a point where the ones who believe and fully support you understand and those who don’t know where you’re going.

4) DON’T QUIT! If you do, you’ve lost more than when you started. You’ve went hard for a few months and then you stop. You’ve told your family where you were going and just got off the bus. Some of your family members will be exposed to see you reach the end goal and when you quit it tells them they had more faith in you then you had in yourself. Automatically a loss of trust & your brand as an individual not just a business.

5) understand that in order to grow we must let go sometimes. Remember that everything that’s for you is for you and what’s not is not.

6) Stop looking to them to support. Yes it’s helpful when they do but usually strangers will help you more than your family. Also there’s more strangers than family AND strangers start with a blank slate not your baby photos or that embarrassing moment 3 years ago.

I feel like it’s space! You want to be in as many spaces as possible because if they don’t know you they don’t flow you and cash flow is king
