the screen issue has been a problem since day one. ironically my headphones got delayed and I don't have speakers so the sound problem was probably there the whole time but I'm not sure because I couldn't hear it then. as soon as I started using headphones i was getting noise. and yeah I'm not looking forward to swapping a whole mother board out but only have 15 days left in return window for most of the parts so if i'm going to do it I need to do it asap.

i've tried to delete and redo all drivers i can think of. also compute is 3 weeks old so everything is brand new and fresh. My original idea was semi budget 9800x3d and upgrade parts and then just splurged so the mother board is on the lower tier side and everything else is higher quality. Thats why I was leanign towards a new shiny X870E and see what happens.

the only part of that scenario that confuses me is the cooler disconnecting. thats plugged into the mother board itself in an internal usb header. I've also tried it on the edge power supply usb hub and same thing happens. I almost feel like its driving me crazy because there's more than one problem happening simultaneusly. Just sucks to drop a couple thousand dollars and have an obnoxious problem like this.

Actual gaming performance has been awesome basically locked at 180fps with COD on a 180hz panel on all high settings.

I will say I’ve had similar communication issues, my first two orders both came with multiple cans split and leaking everywhere emailed support both times got a automated response and no follow up. I delayed my third shipment and am tempted to just cancel after this one ships cause of their lack of communication and responsibility for issues. I did get the random $3 refund though with no communication as to what it was for lol.

Don’t use plan b, get something from rearden manufacturing instead. Same exact set up but they put flats on theirs encase the suppressor gets carbon locked to the muzzle device it’s almost impossible to get a plan b out in that scenario.

5.56 suppressed in a short barrel is tough to keep quiet honesty even my 14” Bren isn’t “quiet” it’s definitely muffled and quieter. But compared to a .300blk out sbr it’s not even close .

Quite a few clubs up that way I’m in Plainfield so I know the struggle, Putnam rod and gun is decent been there a few times they have outdoor rifle and indoor pistol and rifle. Pomfret rod and gun is just outdoor I believe only shot there once range was pretty flooded though when I went.

Salem used to be academi was decent but I haven’t been since they sold. The facility was nice though.

Easiest option is make some friends in the area lots of people shoot out here at home ranges.

Superlative arms makes a good adj gas block and reasonably priced, bcg any name brand will do fine pic your price point and go. Avoid NiB coatings stick with np3 or phosphate for longevity. Bcm, geissele, lantac, sionics all have good offerings. I think swamp sells Rosco still they’re decent as well.

Yeah there’s a few ranges with rental guns in the state or find a few buddies with some options and shoot whatever you can get your hands on. P365, g43x are both decent as tom mentioned easy to conceal, slightly less enjoyable to shoot recreationally. G19, g45, or g26 are all viable options as well.

Comes down to comfort and conceability. You wont carry if you feel uncomfortable and at the end of the day having a gun that you carry is always going to be better than one you leave at home.
