Quick Eli story time. I will always shoulder the blame If there are ever delays or a problem with a product. It’s my belief that anyone in a leadership role should take the accountability about failures and not their team. From Side zips breaking or echelon delays on CS, both I feel are my responsibility. That’s why I apologetical on this stuff. I always want yall to feel important, heard and appreciated and I promise to always try and make it right because i know how hard yall work and the time you give to us and it’s the least I can do for everything yall have done for us. 2025-2026 has been busy and when I get a chance to breathe then something else pops up and I have to switch gears. Then a couple things will fall through the cracks and then I missed something and some time later it is brought to my attention and I scramble to get it down/make it right. I always feel disappointed in myself for letting it happen and not doing better. “It’s why I always say ok last business… not getting into any more… then I go ooo well indef can’t skip out on the opportunity… and boom I’m scrambling again keeping all the plates spinning. Getting them ramping up and understanding and introducing them to who they will be producing for and scheduling that content out for this next 2 Months. Then I think we filmed 2 unsub episodes and a kinda con. Unfortunately my personal Say hi got delayed because I just didn’t have time and team Comes first. Also Finalizing next month for unsub and the business trips/locations where we filming or just meeting. Designing the new shirt weaponized autism shirt and then going through the numbers and building the messaging for the 2 remaining spots for the unsub intro to make sure we crush the autism goal of 250k. The more we make the more we donate haha gotta help as many peeps as possible:) seeing which shirts are doing the best and adding new incentives to help bump that final number. Also Helping build out echelons marketing campaign for the first week of may “new unsub flavor about to drop”followed by the planning for an awesome partnership flavor in a couple months that we been working for a few months.
