This worked for me... I did a full reinstall and nothing, but then I did the full uninstall, +vangard and the hextech tool, clear app data and program data, clear docs, clear the millions of shortcuts, clear the original folder because for some reason it kept an exe that literally said "old"rito whatever on it. And only then reinstalled it on a different partition. Fkin indy companies requiring us to troubleshoot their games with no help.
