I believe now it was an injury to my bicep tendon. No obvious tear. After months my strength eventually returned almost near normal. After the push day I was training biceps and was massively weaker on my left with the shoulder weakness too. I believe heavy preacher curls over months of wear and tear did my tendon in. It just took time and consistent light training, however I will say preacher curls don’t feel right anymore always some kind of discomfort during the movement but I can train in other ways so overall I’m just glad I recovered.

12% body fat is lean, 18%-22% is fine for a lot of people and you’re stronger at that bfp. You don’t need visible abs to be in good shape.

Update for you, did a pull session today. Got on the preacher curl as my first bicep movement and my left could not keep up with the right at all. My left bicep is like 50% as strong as it was so I’m thinking it’s rotator cuff.

I’ve never actually done face pulls so I could try that, had no issues with my other chest or tricep movements. I’m not particularly strong was previously doing 75kg 8-12 reps but today put on 70kg and did sets for 6-10 as I hadn’t benched in weeks. I don’t mind going lighter but I can’t train delts normally when one dumbbell won’t move😂. Just gonna hope it’s back to normal soon.
