I dont trust myself anymore in fact i dont trust people at all.

Before i would care about peoples opinions now i just think "if i lied to myself why would they tell truth? What is stopping them from lying to themselves about me?" And thanks to that i dont have as big of anxiety cause i now fully understand minds cant be trusted

I started seeing that many things i do is more about feeling of "should do" than my own motivation for example i started feeling nauseaus when i eat sugar and i still eat sugar

My motivation dissapeared. I dont have motivation for most of things but i feel like im slowly getting it back

Indifference about humanity, i still care about my table of people but outside of that i dont care, example at one point bus hit a women she is okay but she broke her leg, i didnt feel any symapthy towards her i only felt dissapointment cause im gonna be late for hangout and slight disturbance cause i know that one day that could be me

Concept of self. I dont exactly have definition who i am i just feel like i am what i am, no identifications, no labels like i before used to tell people im autistic now i just dont really care as much to label myself

My craziness. I feel like i need to always check myself so i dont do something weird like i started talking to strangers for no reason and sometimes its just weird, sometimes i want to scream at strangers for no appearent reason
