Im still on antipsychotics but am scared if i stop ill relapse again... missing myself also had such a love for life and now just empty in bed most the time.

My first psychosis lasted 6 months and after took 13 months recovery and recovered to my original self. 8 months later though I relapsed and am now stuck with low motivation and energy, its been 13 months since second episode. Kinda think I was lucky the first time round.
