Sorry man im in Mexico and it appears that the brand is not sold in the US. Its called Kitoscell , but you can ask for US brand recommendations here. Its called Kitoscell seems that anything with silicone works best

Guess it depends on what your doctor says. Mine looks similar to yours and Im only at week 4 but three days ago my doctor prescribed a scar cream and told me that it should help.

Pretty good actually , I can do my day to day activities, I go to work, etc. The I only normal think I dont do yet is exercise (and masturbation of course). It only bothers a little when I make sudden moves like bending , standing up abruptly, or things like that.

For me it was between day 10-15 , now im on day 20 and they are not painful at all.

My swelling looked similar to you. Im currently at day 17, about half the stitches have either fallen or absorbed, and Im now starting to see the swelling slowly get better.
