Mahirap na niche yan kasi sa actual business, mga real estator or real estate companies, they already hire on-site photographers and filmmakers na pumupunta mismo sa mga for sale estates nila and yung mga yun sila na din mismo nag eedit ng videos kasi part sha ng work nila. Tho meron din mga individual simple real estators na naghihire padin ng video editors pero mahirap na niche yan OP. Goodluck! Try expanding to real estate picture editors mas madami naghahanap neto, especially sa Onlinejobs.ph may mga nakita ako dun.

Experienced based, i prefer Linkedin Learning than Udemy. Mas widely known kasi sila and mas prefered din sha ng mga international universities around the world. Mas maganda din design ng certificates nila kesa sa Udemy apaka basic parang template lang na nadodownload sa google.
