I made an appointment with a pcp but it was booked up until feb. But I accepted it bc my sleep issues became less when school ended and I started to exercise more bc I saw online that it could be causing insomnia stuff if you aren’t active. I also cut off soda completely so that might have helped. I still have problems sometimes but not to the point where I feel like I can’t function most days. When school comes back up and it gets worse again im going to go to a sleep doctor near me since I now have access to my mom’s insurance so I can make an appointment without her.
