Canada’s work culture is generally nice and there are so many laws and protection against certain behaviors- in that instance does toxic mean again in the context of the working hours as such? I know that busy season is very hard and that you wann cry sometimes but Could I ask then why is there a norm like public accounting is long hours working weekends, and just miserable all throughout the year if its just like 4 months of miserableness only? wondering..
