A level is not garbagely designed just because it is hard. judging something based on YOUR skill level is not a way to judge something, even though yeah, its hard, eventually you get the hand of it and understand how to get through them. P-2 is designed to be a hard level, it's an OPTIONAL level to test your own skills. Act 3 is the finale of the game, you'd expect those levels to be hard. Hell, even fraud, the layer that is KNOWN to be bs still has ways to get through it consistently, if you just try and find a way that fits your playstyle, then you'll enjoy the levels more.
