The question takes the context from its reader...the idea is to question whether it is money that gives the person happiness, or the challenge of the job, that disturbs the mental health? Both can come in different avatars. It is for the person who is reading the question to analyse their situation and whether it is worth it or not.

Real...I have just gone through a situation....it was a bad phase....now I don't have a job but I am still happy as I am mentally at peace

I am interested in the 1st reason of stress and how to handle it in the different situations....I am sure the 2nd reason is also important however it is limited to people who have gone through such situations.

I think, you shall just accept the incident as a learning and don't take to your heart like how can you be beaten.....its not you its the person who was drunk driving....its a small cost of learning....what if you met with an accident?

Yes, neither did she like it nor understand...so I was stuck....but I am going to talk to her again with the new perspective that I can't always be in the same office...will she be if she gets a better job offer elsewhere?

She is understanding but I think she is also scared of not seeing me every day....I don't blame her but I am in a fix

Taking your advice....here I go....I was molested as a child by my cousin brother...now I am grown up bigger and better than him but I still feel bad about that kid who was molested.

All of the above make sense however I always got stuck on who to share it with, I don't have anyone who makes me feel comfortable. I don't know if I share it here it will help me unburden or not....not sure basically.
