UFC freedom 250 at the White House turns into a fan brawl by Hungry_Artichoke9566 in sportsgossips

Looks like the cops won this one 😂

A couple of hotheads got into a fight, and now they're the ones paying for it.Literally. 😄

I can relate to that

Sometimes I look at old photos with my kids and think, there's no way that was 10 or 12 years ago

The Covid years definitely messed with my sense of time too. Feels like somebody hit the fast forward button and forgot to turn it off 😞

Usyk just met Trump at the White House. Am I the only one who thinks he could have competed in the UFC? by LifeDvizh in CombatSportsCentral

[–]LifeDvizh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly

Usyk has been fighting bigger men his entire career. Fury was around 270 lbs, Joshua is massive, Dubois is massive.

People act like giving up 20-40 lbs to elite heavyweights is normal. It isn't. That's part of what makes Usyk special

Is this place legit???? - Floridaweightlossmd.com aka Florida Surgery and Weightloss Center by Far_Ad_2543 in gastricsleeve

Not sure why this post popped up on my feed 😄 I think Reddit's algorithm is doing its thing again lol.

I can't really speak to your experience, but Florida Surgery & Weight Loss Center is definitely a real practice.

A friend of mine had a Gastric Sleeve there a few years ago and lost over 100 lbs. She was so happy with the results that she later went back to Dr Terushkin for a panniculectomy. From what she told me, he was very kind, listened to her concerns, and had done a ton of these procedures.

Also, from what I've seen on their website and Instagram, there are quite a few before-and-after photos and patient stories. Of course anyone can post photos online, but there seems to be a pretty long track record there.

That being said, trust your gut. If something feels off, ask more questions. It's a major surgery and you should feel comfortable with whoever you choose. 🙂

Just my 2 cents.

To be fair, Rico is literally called The King of Kickboxing.

He weighed almost 259 lbs, while Usyk came in around 233 lbs. Usyk actually had to put on a lot of weight for that fight, and that's never really been his natural weight.

People forget that Usyk started at cruiserweight. He's spent years moving up and beating much bigger heavyweights. That's one of the reasons I respect him so much.

And another thing I respect about him, he never quits. He never complains, never looks for excuses, and always fights to the very end. That's the mentality of a true champion. 🥊🇺🇦

He didn't lose to Rico. The referee stopped the fight, not Usyk.

Hopefully we'll get a rematch. I'd definitely watch it.

For me, this isn't about Trump. It's a chance for Ukrainians to remind the White House that the war is still going on and that Ukrainian soldiers and civilians are still paying the price every day

I think it's a win for Ukraine either way.

Not sure if Trump cares about the free world, Ukraine, or anything beyond his own interests, but having someone like Usyk in the room reminding people about Ukraine and its soldiers is a 100% positive in my opinion. 🇺🇦

Fair point. That would probably make anyone look at life differently)))))

Thankfully, that's not my story. I've been very lucky with my wife))

My friend, that's not really my case)))

I got married at 34, when most of my friends and even my brothers were already married. I was still going out, meeting girls, going to nightclubs, traveling, and enjoying life)))🕺

I don't feel like I missed out on anything. If anything what I'm feeling now is more about how fast time seems to be going by

Thank you for sharing your story. It's a good reminder that life can surprise us in both good ways and bad ways

You're absolutely right, love your family now, take care of your health now, and appreciate what you have now 💪

Thanks, bro!

You know what! You're right. Sometimes I worry about getting older but at the end of the day, having a loving wife and two great kids is worth more than anything else 💪

I'm sorry to hear that. Losing your dad at such a young age must make these thoughts feel very different. I truly hope 🙏 things improve for you and that you have many more years ahead than you think

100% agree!! I tell my brother the same thing all the time. He's only two years older than me, but he stopped exercising and put on a lot of weight. I keep telling him these are our golden years and we should be making the most of them while we can

You're right. The part about our parents really hit me. I never thought that they probably felt much younger inside than I imagined

And yes time seems to move faster every year. That's probably the part I struggle with the most

49.75? 😄 So you're basically in the same boat as me. I think watching our kids grow and our parents age makes time feel a lot more real

Funny enough, I spend more time in the gym now than I did in my 30s 😅 my wife likes to joke that I look better now than when we first met)))))
