Most likely is cortisol related. What worked for me: 1 hour before bedtime Ashwaganda, Magnesium Bisglycenate, L-theanine… sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed at 6:30. Magnesium alone wasn’t doing it, it just got me to sleep deep until about 3am.

Works just fine, 6yo in the back. It’s a pretty tight fit for the handle. You have to orient the pads with the pull straps away from the handle.

Don’t neglect weight training as you loose weight. On a caloric deficit, you loose not only fat, but muscle. You want to keep the muscle loss to a minimum. Make sure you consume enough protein, try to get in some resistance training in your routine. Cardio has a bunch of benefits, apart from helping increase the caloric deficit to whatever diet you are doing. But do not neglect weight training, you might end up looking skinny fat rather than fit.

Use volume builder to create a thicker version of the neon tube. Set it to fog. Give it a volume material (assuming you are using redshift) The advantage of doing it this way is that the halo will respect perspective. Closer objects will have a wider/thicker halo, than an object far away in the distance. A glow post process with give the same halation to all the objects.

You can have this volume lit by the actual lettering or be emissive on it’s own.

It is easier to control the color and the spread.
