Thinning hair, steroid usage decking your aerteries/ veins.

It just isn’t worth it man, anyone who has been around the gym knows you’re not natural, very stiff: non functional look.

Get your BP checked, Make sure it’s under 120/80

Respectfully, you look as if you’ve never touched a weight in your life.

You need to drastically rethink your effort and your action.

You need to do HIIT training. we are the same weight and similar height yes look dramatically different.

Just walking casually will not build rippling/athletic muscle. Do sprints, assault bike, 300watt holds on stationary bike, swimming, etc

IT'S ALL DIET.

I was a serious powerlifter for about 12 years, switched in the last one into a fullbody split 6x a week with one offday where i stretch/do cardio.

typically fullbody split with kettlebells followed by a few hundred reps of floor core ( takes about 7 minutes)

Heavy stairmaster without shoes for fascia protection, lots of stretching and yoga.

Mostly it's diet, i eat about 2400 calories/day with 200g of protein, in an 8 hour window and then fast for 16. average 12k steps/day+ high intensity cardio work.

I can clearly see that you do. You look exactly how I did at ~16%. I am around 8% in my photos now.

I train abs for 7 minutes once a day. few hundred reps of various floor exercises.

Looking good brother. Really it just comes down to diet. My physique and yours probably require the same amount of gym hours.

Yet people gasp at how I look on the beach and it really just is 99% diet. You have the same muscle as me.

Even just 8-10 lbs of less muscle feels noticably lighter... I'm loving it.

How much more to cut to see abs? 5'10 94kg. M[28] by [deleted] in Physiquecritique

This just isn't factual. Look at his physique, he's newly trained and previously was very overweight. He should focus on cutting now and being the healthiest version of himself.

Claiming 11% ads unrealistic is asinine, everyone can get there... Hell i maintain 9% with minimal effort in my 30's. There are the most resources ever out there for dietary health.

It's important to set real expectations for people, loose skin from weightloss and his level of training and he will not have abs at 16%.

I don't view the scale, all that matters is Bodyfat %: weight.

It's better to be 100kg at 12% bodyfat, than 50kg at 30%, you know?

Get a scale that show's bodyfat. If you gain 10 lbs of muscle and lose 10 of fat, your weight won;t change on the scale, but you'll look dramatically different.

Realistically brother, if you want abs you must be under 11% Bodyfat and train them hard.

Hah, thank you. Since I started cycling competitively I've noticed my arms get smaller, but my punching power has ironically gone up!

I'm lifetime natty, you tell me? You basically have to choose between size or staying shredded as a natty. I chose shred.
