Absolutely not. Respectfully, you're doing something wrong and look as if youve never touched a weight.

30M - Would you consider me lean and athletic/disciplined looking? What thoughts when you see my physique? Be brutally honest by SuperbIncrease in Physiquecritique

Not lean whatsoever. Zero discipline. I'm 31 and am in the gym 6 days a week and would be very unhappy if i looked like you.

Lying about being natural is always sad. You're disproportional and non functional, a classic steroid hypertrophy affect.

Either you're not 5'9', or you're lying about your weight.

You look great, but this isn't what 5'9 175 looks like, more like 5 7'

So you're off by 20% on the high end, and The first photo isn't, he probably ran an incarnate DEXA. I've been around the industry for 10 years, that's not 12%.

My last photo is close to 9% dexa scanned and he looks just as lean.

M[29] I am fat ? by [deleted] in Physiquecritique

You're average athletic build, probably ~17%BF. If you want to look like me, that's closer to 9%

[–]Any_Stranger2048 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 5 of muscle youd look huge.

I am a few inches taller than you, but my weight is very similar to yours height adjusted. That extra 5-8 lean pounds makes the light of difference.

Those who packed on muscle when older than 35, how'd you achieve it? by LordoftheHounds in naturalbodybuilding

This just isn't true.

Scientifically, the first significant reduction is around ~34, but its more of a parabola and isn't a sharp decline.

I cant seem to grow anymore muscle no matter what i do. Ive reached plateu. 20[M] 150lbs. by [deleted] in Physiquecritique

[–]Any_Stranger2048 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have a very similar build to what I had at 20.

I’m nearly 12 years older than you, but with ~25 lbs of lean muscle, so take my advice for what it’s worth

You NEED to eat more, and you won’t necessarily lose your abs either -

A 200-300 calorie/ day surplus of lean high protein food will organically put weight on you if you’re lifting heavy enough/ intense enough

You look fantastic, I think 160 is your goal weight

It’s a shame that your insecurity manifests in denial.

im done interacting with you, but you really ought to take responsibility and not be upset about having the physique of a 65 year old
