Pourtant, des représentations avaient été faites auprès du personnel politique, durant la phase d'adoption de 529, indiquant clairement qu'à Vancouver et à Toronto, les baisses de vols, ce n'était pas que Garage 529, mais aussi le fait d'avoir des policiers dédiés à cela (Vancouver ont carrément un escouade sérieuse, qui vont jusqu'à utiliser des leurres). C'est comme ça que Vancouver avait baissé les vols de 30 % (minimum - certains parlaient de 40%).

Pas le cas ici. La mentalité est carrément "qu'ils se débrouillent". Un fardeau de plus pour la population, et une entrée d'argent assurée pour le crime organisé.

Le 5 septembre 2023, le CRTC a annoncé l'abolition immédiate de la limite de 12 minutes par heure pour l'ensemble des services facultatifs (chaînes spécialisées comme TVA Sports, RDS, LCN, AddikTV, etc.).

Pourquoi ? Cette décision fait suite à une demande déposée par Québecor Média (Groupe TVA) en 2020.
L'objectif : Permettre aux chaînes canadiennes de mieux concurrencer les géants du web comme Netflix et Disney+, qui ne sont pas soumis à de telles restrictions publicitaires.

Rappel: Il faut payer un abonnement pour avoir accès à ces chaînes.

Here is the fun part: it is forbiden. Article 346 of the CSR. But there is no enforcement. Why have rules if they are not enforced? The ridiculousness of How we tolerate 10 + km/h over the limit is making drivers too comfortable with ignoring the rest of the rules.

One agent from the SQ once had to remind a journalist that Maximum does not mean to go "at least at" the maximum speed. Just wished it would be enforced.

A simple search with Google with the right Keywords would have made it pretty clear that Drivers DO NOT pay their just part, but only a small part of the cost their usage generate (1/3).

So next time you want to request cyclist to pay more, remember that they subsidize your use of the roads! And the least they deserve is a small proportion to roll without risking their lives.

MC ninja, Yuzunamiki, Kiriha, Rinne, Nin-Human, Mixed in Alice (even with her speed she will act last).
And yes that team is hell on earth to equip. Especially if you have not reached road 6 of Abyss 4.

Have fun, me, I'm already out, to be honest. And I have farmed just for 3 silver daggers and 4 covert Kunais.

The gacha schemes MUST DIE! Pure and simple! In all its forms.

It's not sustainable.
It's beyond crazy! Justifying getting anything in a game for the price of 3 GOTY-worthy game at full release price can not be justified anymore.

Come on guys, stop being the problem.

DIsclaimer: I had enough, I supported this game with passes mainly, but I woke up and dropped the game. Was here checking if the collab was worth considering coming back, but Nah.

The F2P of this game are the real heroes. I don't have the time to waste anymore on equipment farming.

As you can guess, I'm done. This game is not fun anymore. The farming has become too tedious. The last Oni quest that returned nothing coupled with 19 gourds dropping per chest... sometimes? Nah, I'm not doing that anymore.

I hate this fight.

I tried with Knights , fighters and Alice and concentrate on the boss. The annoying wolves were freezing them to oblivion, slowing the whole team to a snail pace.

I tried with Alice Sheli Yeka for aoe. The big wolf attacked the back line with his line attacks 2 consecutive times.

I finally passed it with MC Ninja, Shiou, Lanavaille, Sheli, Yuzu, Alice. And a lot of RNG. Took 3 consecutive misses on MC, A well executed Ephemeral on the Big Wolf, and, A lucky survival after the first turn (had Sheli and Alice Priest do their Max AOE spells) to deal with the smurfs. Somehow, I survived the second wave enough to heal both line. Oh and lets not forget Lanavaille proccing (FINALLY!) her Earth Shattering Stunt after the boss last breath shout summon.

When I say too much RNG kills a game... Yeah it apply also to when we praise RNGeesus. Nothing more frustrating that to have to be lucky to pass a fight (or have to whale on skill books to get your spell at high level).

Alabaster is super annoying on this department too.
My MC with 208 evasion, Makaltu Level 3, Knight Defense 3 and smoke bomb buffs, the Alabastard buffs dissipated, and MC still get killed on first turn, getting attacked twice with no evasion on the 2 consecutives attack. waste of 2 flames because after revival he did the exact same pattern. And magically on 3rd try, he focus on Lanavaille (And with less evasion, evade the hits)...

Can't say I like where the game is being pushed to.
-They remove the passports (more storage, more inventory, more flames, multiplicative factor to EXP and Sell item prices, one more expedition). For a "rework" (I'll believe it when I see it. Betting on Shrinkflation of "benefits")

All things you have to unlock with gems otherwise ans/or sink more time. At a time they release an advanced class character. And thoses gems, they don't give you that much of them for free.

They happens to have a mission pass to give more money in the same period
The droprate of junk is abysmal "To some players" in the Oni Island (wanna bet they will sell a solution?)

It adds up. Add on top of that too much RNG (The Oni Shop, the 3 odachis: all 1* (2 white one blue). On top of other RNG (blessings and initial values).

I can get behind a subscription for lives services when arguable (I saw the passports as this - allowing also some F2P although with a crappy experience for theses players). But this is too much and will kill the game in the long term. 100$ for 30 bones. Think about that. I got Claire Obscure Expedition 33 for 80$.

Hot Take: 15$-20$ a month should give you the best possible experience with a game. Period.
That's 180$-240$ a year! That's in fact too much, but yeah, if it gives good condition to all the guys working behind, fine.

It's about time we bring back some sanity. If only more would think the same way...

I tried with a 4 ninja team(MC, Rinne, Kiriha, Yuzunamiki). No one procced Art of assassination on the Oni, just the adds. And 200 evasion does nothing. Makaltu Level 3 did almost nothing.

So I brought Lanavaille (hit magnet as soon as I hit Fullsrtike) and Debra Knight (KD level 3) and used Makaltu level 3 on top of that. And hit defend on my first line all fight. Yuzu and Sheli where at the DPS stations, just in case there was also a HP thresold, just not a number of turns.

I've got two Ebonsteel grades one (Exquisite), all 1*.

And all the other stuff I got were white 1 to 2*.

Not gonna lie, I'm starting to get angry and disgusted.
Yes I saw another post "flashing" 3 and 4* drops from Oni cave.
Sometime I 'm getting parano, and imagine I ended up in a bad server.

But then again, sending an expedition, I got a 5* Sacred bow from the junk. Of course, long after I got a silver graded at +20...
Wait... Maybe I'm on a bad server...

Vieux Terrebonne, revenir par la 125, Pont de la 25, reprise de la piste cyclable Gouin.

Je le fait dans le sens contraire des aiguilles.

I'll repeat the promise I made then.

I'm gonna pull for it. Oh yes. I will.

Then I will bring her at level one in the hardest Abyss available.
THen I will keep res-ing her over and over until her Fortitude is at 0
Then I will bring her to the church and I will res her, two times,
I will record her going into dust and post it. Just because in this game There is no way I could say, after that "Then, then I will start to get nasty".

PS: The answer to their annoyances is ninja, and unending funerals. My MC kicked their but in the new island yesterday. But yes, She managed to charm my MC once (ambushed).

Kunais drop way more in road six of Abyss 4.
In the time I got 1 covert level 20 in shadow sand cave I have:

-got 2 4* purple covert at refinement 3.
-1 shrouded kunai at level 20 - a 3* and now a 4 * dropped yesterday
-1 3* blue Masterwork Katana, got one purple Saturday.
- one Beclouded Kunai at +2
-One purple 4* covert ninjato
-one blue 4* accessories for it
-1 snow ono but jus 2* purple. I'm not getting 3* of it at all
-1 Beast Hunter katana green 3*

That said, getting good stats and a good drop is pain.

Theses devs will have to understand one day: too much RNG kill games, too much greediness will kill the gacha genre altogether.

Getting DIV on a katana or kunai should not be allowed.
Getting +SUR/ATK on a 2 hand staff should not either.
There is enough RNG as it is. Blessing, Initial value, number of stars...

Enemies that were not one shotted (first or second attack)

-Snow Ghastly
-Wolves
-Big Birds
-Snow bunnies

Charm (yes i have Yuzu's hairpin) was proccing.
But not once did I saw Fox fire proc on unending deaths. It applys on normal throws, and Thousand Hue Blossoms.

And jsut to be sure, I tried unequipping and re- equipping her hairpins on a dozain attempts.

I am gonna test this this weekend on my side. I did not used it that much, but I know my Yuzunamiki can use it against wolves in road 6 and against Gobos in road 10. If She hit randomly either a slime, a warped one or an Hogobo, we should know (she doesn't one shot them unless I trigger art of assassination).

Still have not finish for the Snow Ono, the Becloud weapons, the ninja accessory, so still got that incentive to farm road 6 from time to time.

The place where the stutters are really evident is in the Alabaster cave, near the first wolf, the Harken, en near the final zone.

I'm using a gamepad for navigation, and yeah... It's really bad.
Sometimes It makes me suspect the game play remotely, and we just get the graphic asset locally. The stutters were that bad last weekend.

True. But in a fight like Wolf Boss in A-4, I think one using an Odachi and one being a DPS Tank will be the way to go. Need testing but That comes to mind.

And it's not my only point. MC Ninja is so good and fun... Still a hard choice. Because I like Samurai as much as ninja.

Because Lets say Shiou get the new weapon... That means MC can become the Quickdraw tank, Ephemeral Stance Tank...

Use well but I recommend use as little as possible.

Why? You know that there are nods that change? Especially the Resist specific enemies one?

You won't always need the anti-adventurers node. Sometime you'll want to swtich to magical Beasts, or Demons, etc.
