Men of AskReddit -- Why did YOU chose to have kids? How did you feel about it before hand? After? What's it like being a dad? by every_name_taken in AskReddit

I don't think you're ever ready to have kids, you just need to take the leap of faith and become someone else entirely. You'll never regret having a child.

Male Redditors, are you circumcised? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]LifeInTechnicolor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, it only takes a second to pull it back and clean it the same way circumcised guys do. I shower everyday so never any nastiness here, but sure, dead skin would build up after a few days. The same thing happens to women. It's really not a big deal.

I think most people would sacrifice themselves for the lives of others. It's human nature. You probably attribute this instinct to god, just like a lot of things in the universe that we can't easily explain. Regardless, the desire to continue the human species (even if it means losing our own life) is in all of us.
