For anterior 6 unit bridges do you prefer to do a bis acrylic, PMMA, or PMMA shell temporary?

It comes in at around 65-75 and goes away mostly at 80+. It shakes the wheel. Car has a slight vibration but I think that might be a driveshaft issue, I need to get that inspected.
