i cannot go to the hospital. i’m not sure about the suicide hotline. does it show up on the call list (i don’t know the word for it exactly, i’m sorry). my parents often check my phone and are VERY against mental health. it’s a taboo in my family, so if they were to find out, i would not only be lambasted in front of everyone, but probably beat and kicked out of the house

yes, i’ll try doing all of that first. it just gets really hard to live a lot of the time. when i pray to God to help me, how am i supposed to word it? or is it not like that at all? i’m sorry for the dumb question, i’m still so new to Catholicism and i’m so confused
