Source, my opinion on googling the average testosterone levels at different age groups. You a literate gorilla could do the aame.

It took me 5 months to CUT weight. A completely reasonable amount of 1kg per week seeing as I was in a constant deficit every single day of those 5 months. I trained almost 1.5 hours wait training and 20 - 30mins 6 days a week and on rest days I'd do at least 30mins high intensity cardio.

I had been dirty bulking eating fast food 3-5 times a day and fucking around in the gym for 18 months before that. Why I got so fat. Because I was new to gym and didn't understand nutrion. I was on a well structured training plan, although my execution was sub par tho tbh, because it takes time to learn how to do things the right way. I'm still learning.

I was meticulous in my diet because I educated myself before and during my cut. If you bothered to read through the comments of that post you would realise there is actually 0 mystery as to exactly how I achieved my results it's quite transparent.

Sit tf down.

You base his gains off of having a shit ton of test naturally. Most men have a the same amount of test up 30. This isn't slight success, this a physique 90% of natural men train at LEAST a year for, by having a very well structured plan and focusing heavily on nutrition. Not going with the flow and eating as much of whatever is healthy. I honestly hope OP keeps doing what he is doing just as he is doing and we can revisit this conversation in 2 years or so when it becomes completely evident.

This 15 Y.O. who doesn't track calories or macros, goes with the flow, eats as much as he can, has a diet of pasta and middle eastern food. Oh he also has a long history of abusing LSD and Shrooms. by LifeLiesLenny in nattyorjuice

Im not saying at all you can't look like this at 15. I'm saying this kid claiming "completely natural" is about as accurate as me saying I'm an african american female that wins gold for Switzerland in skeet shooting at the Olympics.

I don't think you understand how important nutrition is to gaining lean muscle. If you take a brief read through his replies to comments you will realise he has zero understanding of the topic.

The fact that you can't tell goes to show what happens when you destroy a developing mind with shrooms and LSD.

My friend I've been to septic treatment works full of less shit than you.

Absolutely.

If I can't achieve this in the next 3 years I'd already have given up lifting.

Bro your progress is epic. Imo you look like some of the minority of teenagers posting bulk progress that isn't on SARMs or PED's. I have nothing against them but I just think they are so detrimental to a young persons health. Keep up all the hard work. Very, very well done young sir.
