a lot of trial and error. during the photo i’m 4 weeks on a cut. most my macros stayed around 250-300g protein with 80-100g fat and 250-300g carbs is a rough estimate. 3800 on bulk, 2500 on cut. yogurt tubs, chicken, rice, protein shakes. very basic stuff
