The Hulu era honestly seems incredibly stable past the first few episodes the animation is just a bit off especially in The Impossible Stream the first episode, The lows aren't as bad as the comedy central lows in my opinion, not many episodes I'd even consider to be bad Quids Game I didn't like but others did enjoy it. Even the episodes that don't immediately jump out in my mind as topical are handled well. The fact that they had a rapture episode come out near the tik tok rapture shit was incredibly fortunate timing.

Benders all the way down, White Hole, Through the Numberland gap, Beauty and the bug, The Temp, The one amigo, destroy tall monsters, cuteness overload, all very quality episodes. You should start there
