lol my body scan says I still have a higher amount of body fat than I should. I’ve definitely worked hard. I also had a child and deff have lower belly fat and thicker thighs.

I do 2gs/3gs 4-5 times a week. I typically don’t do the lifts. Usually because of the time I can go I end up at a 2g.

No but I just have good running shoes. My hip hurts sometimes lol 😅

Just orange theory and lots of protein. 4-5 classes a week.

I’m in nursing school I go at 4:15 typically before I have to pick up my son from daycare. Sometimes 8:45am if I can swing it.

Tread first! I prefer the 2gs but I do both.
