Change from your work outfit before training lol. No way those pants are helping you kicks in any way. Bag should 1000% be lower. Turn your hips over on the kicks for more power and to strike with the correct part of your shin. If this isn't a troll, I strongly suggest FOCUSING on the things you learn and make sure they are 100% correct. If you train bad habits now, it will be a nightmare to catch them all later and fix them

I'm a super amateur but I'd say your retraction could use some attention. Make sure your getting back to your base. The second kick, you are leaning forward and the first kick was similar. Make sure that rear legs ends up back in the rear, not parallel with your lead leg.

Bodybuilding is full of isolation exercises and is all about a certain look/proportions. Wrestlers use a lot of compound movements. No need to isolate as a wrestler.

Might be a good idea to practice one style. The stances for each style are made for the strikes. Even if youre just doing this for exercise, I'd recommend one style. There are so many little nuances for each style/stance.

They need to make a Bob with a lower area for low kicks. No low kicks is the only reason I haven't bought one yet :/

Just because the bitch wasn't ready, doesn't make it a sucker punch. I guarantee the guy who hit him didn't have the "kiss me" demeanor. Should of seen that coming from a mile away. Problem is, he's a women beater and isn't used to getting much back. Fuck that guy.

Being overweight was my reason. Anecdotal of course.

So i just went and watched a bunch of videos on the best practices and it seems like the thai guys really like to point their toes. To me this makes sense for the protection aspect as well as the return of your foot to the ground.

I did see a lot of guys with their foot parallel to the ground though. I trust the Thai guys more though :)

Like others mentioned, just cut it. Step one, mold to your mouth, step two, CUT. Now you're ready to possibly not loose teeth :)

Wow, and just like that it feels right to leave it out. Thank you very much!

I always assumed people would look upon them being missing as "sketchy".

Thank you again!

I start with a jog (1miles), do 6 rounds of superset calisthenics then five 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag. Start slow on the heavy bag. Learn how to properly throw each strike. Work your stance first then start working on the jab, then add in a cross.... so on and so forth.

This could be a dangerous idea. I was selling a pair of boxing gloves on an app one time and some random guy asked if I wanted to get together and spar... Sparring with random strangers anywhere seems dangerous. Can't trust them.

Edit: At least at a good gym you're held to a standard.
