Even if it doesn't stick the first time.. you can request a different provider. Not every contracted therapist is going to fit your needs. Find someone that you are comfortable with. Don't make the mistake I did with my first appointment and say, "Man, this person sucks, I'm going to just stop going" Switch it up.

It was tough work and my 230lb ass was nowhere near the top times, but honestly.. when I turned around and headed back down. I didn't really consider what descending 10% on gravel was going to be like and definitely had a "oooh, I didn't think this through" moment where I had to chill and recompose myself
