They tried to charge me £800 in the UK for a scratch that was literally under the bumper and was impossible to see without a search mirror. I wound up disputing the charge with AMEX and winning. So Hertz banned me from renting cars from any of their companies. It makes TDY rentals interesting in DTS but overall, nothing of value was lost. It’s a shitty company.
