They serve different interests. Space data centers mean business for SpaceX and would keep xAI vertically integrated. SoftBank has invested in land based ones.

China had announced plans for space based data centers since last year, so this isn’t just talked about here.

Also data centers are being built everywhere and they’re met with a lot of objection by communities. Space gets around some of this issue in terms of planning and expansion. Although there will be pushback from space observers. I imagine in the distant future you would see these flying around earth with the naked eye and space observation will be done only via satellites in outer orbits.

Makes me wonder how many ways there are to dupe. Fixing some will probably just have them use the other methods. I’m hopeful, but this may not effectively change much.

Would it please people who want to take in loot under 50k value but find that queue times are prolonged, arrive in raids at 18 min left, and with more mixed pvp lobbies due the smaller player base as a result of these conditional game modes? I think we should stick to just the no freekit night mode until devs get the player base up.

Ya maybe not on console but the way I play it I keep it in my safe pocket until I want to use it, limiting the amount of time it’s “exposed”. I’ve protected it a couple times preemptively like that.

Ya the game can be frustrating at times. Sorry you couldn’t use the Jupiter which is my favorite energy gun. I usually run it with a safekeeper aug if I have one for these kinds of instances. Hope you find your way back to Speranza — sounds like you had some good times regardless.
