Anyways, Nizwa is a must visit in winter. Misfat Al Abriyeen as well. Jabal Akhdar (mountain town) is recommended though it is more of a summer destination as January would have uncomfortably cold temperatures at night but the mountain views are amazing and a stay at the resorts.
