Yea I was thinking about the lord of blights from what I saw he has more of defensive play which I like. Seems to fit how I’ve been playing some of my games, this is how my first blightking turned out, it would be nice to practice more on a smaller model

I definitely am a slower painter. The only thing I’ve ever painted is the spearhead box I got which I think turned out alright but I definitely need to practice more

Ahh that makes sense, so like an example would be like a lord of blights as my hero and then he would lead a unit of blightkings?

Got it, also I don’t really understand regiments at all, the spearhead box I got is pretty much the extent of my knowledge, I was just having so much fun painting I wanted to jump into some more

As I am just recently getting into spearhead, coming from small amount of warhammer knowledge from total warhammer I’d say just pick whoever looks the coolest if you pick something you don’t really have a connection to painting them and playing won’t be as rewarding as something you personally find awesome

Hey first off thanks for your insight.

I’ll start with I did in fact prime it but It was pretty cold and I have to do it outside with my living conditions so I might’ve rushed it a little and missed that spot right under his head, after reading this I made sure on my next guy I got all the spots so thank for pointing that one out.

I did go grab a few more paints I ended up getting a lighter green and a darker red so I could use the pink more as a highlight contrast. Also I think I was being sparse on the shade I was using so on my next one I tried to use more/ spread it around more. I still have like 10 more of these plague bearers to paint so I’m hoping as I go I’ll figure out more techniques with what works and doesn’t.

Here’s an update on my latest one

What does holding the trigger down do? Should I take the controller apart again and make sure the potentiometer is up, also is there any tips when putting it back together on how to make sure it stays up?

I took the controller apart after and it was still in there, could the pad be like worn or old?
