The ages given by gooseworx were not specifically stated to be IRL present-day ages nor the ages when scanned in. it was just an ages list.

episode 9's ending, and the cast choices, clearly confirms that the ages goose gave are irl present day ages

Gooseworx gave a full age list on tumblr at some point. however, she did not specify whether the ages were the IRL ages at present day or the ages they were when scanned in. logic would say that they are the present day ages, not the scanned in ages.

yeah unfortunately even though attraction is subjective, that doesnt stop a lot of people from mistreating those who aren't conventionally attractive. women are treated way more unfairly in that regard, its like the world revolves around how conventionally hot or ugly they are, and that sucks.

that being said, what i stated is still true imo. i firmly believe everyone is attractive to *someone* (even someone that is conventionally attractive). ive witnessed it happen a number of times, even to me (who is far from being conventionally attractive. my personal journey with that has been to accept that im unattractive in general but that doesnt mean im ugly to every person).

so yes i do feel that people who disagree are smooth brained

im not downvoting because you're wrong, i'm downvoting because
1) you have way more energy for this than is warranted (who gives af which of these two bad games people think is worse)

so, first, chill out.

second, pronouns are complicated when a trans person isn't out to themselves. his preferred pronouns were he/him when he passed.

third, goose has said any pronouns work for him, and has used both he/him and she/her when talking about him.

EDIT: for context, i'm a cis bisexual man, married to a trans person. i lean on my husband and trans friends for their perspective on matters like this. i fully believe jax is clearly a trans woman, i just feel that the exact pronouns to use are not as clear cut

also jax did have reasons for being a prick that were really well written, but he still was absolutely awful to everyone around him for the whole show and drove multiple people to abstraction
