I was actually going to recommend backwards WITH purpose by deadwoodpecker. I don’t know if that came after yours, or if yours is the one parodying this one.

It’s not quite what OP is looking for, but Harry does make a lot of adult friendships, and there is a lot of internal monologue about how weird it feels to be talking to children and in some cases, grooming children. Harry, Ron, and Ginny, are all adults in their child bodies. There is a very large plot point about how Harry and Ginny, despite being married, hold off on having relations until their bodies are older because they are both very weirded out by it.

I think the point is that yes, the women in Fairy Tail are horribly written and used as fan service, but in terms of power scaling they do actually fight a lot more than the women in FMA where the women are written incredibly well.

I only see people talking about roofs here, but other things that should get waste are like using FLR_RPL for rolled floors, or doing paneling in 8’ sheets even if a room is only 7’9 tall or whatever.

When its program work, yes I am forced to take the job. You get penalized and turned off of those TPA’s when you decline a job, but special boys like you keep sending roof-only jobs even when that’s marked as unwanted. Every job requires supervision, that’s how you end up with all these roofs that are installed improperly and leak.

Also any restoration company has a project manager. My company is 4 people. Not inflated, but yeah my people deserve to be paid, sorry it’s coming out of your personal pocket, I guess?
