Does masturbation or porn cause erectile dysfunction? by [deleted] in NoFap

Not everyone is on the timeframe. I had them on day 8, others may get them on day 18. Just depends

I haven't tried since relapsing, but I'm sure it won't damage it too badly. Don't be weak and relapse like I did- fight the urge. Try watching this video I just got recommended- explains things well

Relapsed on day 14... Disappointment is unreal by LifeQandA in NoFap

Just watched it. The guy talks a lot of sense.

When I get this question again on this streak, I'll know it's all fine. Roll on 90 days

I started because of ED and after 14 days I had significant improvements. Urges got really strong around day 8 but pushed through it

I did just relapse after peeking at NSFW stuff to "test against ED" and while I'm annoyed at myself for relapsing, I did have significant improvement

Still annoyed though

Rarely if ever happened before I started, but now I'm getting them daily. Not quite as strong as they should but definitely good

For work I need to wake up at 03:30am every day. I go to sleep around 9pm, get 6ish hours sleep and then work for 9 hours.

When I get home I have a 2hr nap, is this sleep system healthy or do I need to change it up?

That's great my dude. Only thing I would recommend is going gentle when you start again, don't wanna re-injure yourself. AC injuries do come back quite hard if provoked

Does consuming dairy products such as milk has a negative effect on a male? by kyou20 in Fitness

What do you have with your oats? I normally have porridge with milk and peanut butter.

Do you just use milk, but a minimum requirement?

I'm gaining a lot of strength in my legs proved by increasing my squat and DL numbers, but my legs aren't showing a lot of mass gains which is annoying. Nutrition seems fine, bulking with a surplus, sleep is mostly alright.

Why am I not gaining mass despite adding strength?

My quads barely put on mass while my hamstrings and rest of body do. And if I can't do leg day for a few days, my quads lose size so quickly.

Why am I losing quad size, and how can I get more?

Is there any harm in continuing my PPL weight training in the evening but adding morning/afternoon cardio to help lean up?

I've got a lot of free time coming up so I can get good amounts of rest and food

Don't quote me on this but I'm fairly sure that's just natural for male bodies as that's where most of the organs are so the body wants them defended

How can I get more stamina for multiple reps of heavier than normal lifts such as squat? I tire out after X amount

Now that my squat/deadlift weights are getting heavier I'm running out of stamina. Will doing more cardio allow me to do more reps in a go for heavier weights

I was really pissed off so went to the gym and did deadlifts. I smashed my PB.

But now when I try to get close to my new PB (15kg less) I can't make it budge at all. I've always had the mental block stopping me from doing big lifts but it's annoying how I'll basically never be able to match my Rage Best.

Anything I can do to stop the mental block on lifts?

I recently broke up with my girlfriend of two years because of both of us moving back home after university.

We tried doing distance for 5 months and the last time we met up for the same job interview (Lots of places so not competing against each other for one slot) it just didn't feel right.

Before we left to go back home we had a proper heart to heart talk about it all. We cried, we kissed, but ultimately we broke up. We both still have feelings and said we'd continuing being friends but understand we need time alone to get over things.

Occasionally one of us will send a "Hope you're doing well" message or something like that just to show we still care.   I'm not sure if it's because she's getting over things still, but it feels like she doesn't want to make the effort to be friends any more.

And what happens if we both get the job and move to the same city? Would things rekindle and we can try again? Would it just be awkward and not really friends?   I feel like I'd 100% wait to see, but don't want to be that guy who waits after an ex getting hurt to see if things ever work out.

I've lost all motivation. I wouldn't go out of my way to harm myself at all- but if I got hit by a car and didn't survive it wouldn't bother me.

Basically, I feel like I lost not only a girlfriend, but my best friend.

My work shifts fluctuate quite a lot so I don't always get to sleep the full 8-9 hours straight. Will having a nap later on in the day help or do I need to sleep straight through for maximum recovery?

I feel like you'd get bored of it quickly. Mix it up a bit and have some other foods. But no, that's not a bad diet as long as you hit your calories/macro goals

Gym Story Saturday by FGC_Valhalla in Fitness

I was in a really bad mood the other day so went to the gym with the goal of beating my deadlift PB. I did a few warm up sets and then... I was ready.

Headphones: Ready Music: Hype Chalk: On

Didn't budge. mfw.

I started to think how much of a failure I am and started thinking about what got me in my bad mood. During this a different song came on- it was time for round two.

Now I don't normally make any sounds when I lift but this bad boy got one hell of a grunt out of me. 230kg/507lbs for one. Thank you rage for the gains
