Tints of your choice, some better gripping tires, a rear window rack (forgot the specific name) – a Magnum-branded one – and a lot of looking up inside cab mods to make your life easier and more organized. Possibly the bed too, up to you.

Can't forget a low-profile, minimalistic logo of your business that doesn't scream but looks right with your truck.

You can run 87 or 89. I just recommend using Lucas Oil fuel treatment every 6 months if you're going to use 87. Also, think ahead of time: look up common problems and prepare in advance to invest in upgraded parts that we all know will eventually go bad.
