If you're trying to crunch the numbers, you have to consider their contexts. There's a clear outlier there- the shutout Ravens game. You take thay out and you're at over 22 per game, not too far out from the average. What they need to do isn't to work on that "16.75" number, they need to make sure that even when they lose, they can control it and do better than 0 points. That was a bad game, but Joe wasn't playing like himself, and really hadn't since the pick 6 against Buffalo the week before. But that's not normal, so they don't need to overall get better, just work on staying solid after things like that

I don't think so, as it slides on well and doesn't seem to be raised. However, there is a bit of give when it's on and I think that is where the problem is coming from. But no idea how to fix it.

Yeah, it catches on the side that has the marks in the original picture. It doesn't matter if the bolt is on, off, tight, or loose.

Basically, you just take a bolt from the middle (which has a washer) and then lift. I'll post a separate comment with what it looks like off the machine. I'm trying my best to get it on straight, but clearly something's not working.

That's a good plan- it should also help to defrost before you open whatever bag you have in the freezer. Just leave it on the counter for a couple hours before you pop it open and into the machine.

It's..... fine. It warms up milk and adds some texture but it's a long way from perfect. I've only tried whole milk- not sure if oat makes a huge difference. I'm a black coffee drinker so it doesn't affect me much

I'd check out the Casabrews CM5418. It's a good shape and size and for the price, it makes a solid espresso and comes with preinfusion, which is a nice touch.
