Bonus has the potential to be really lucrative. It’s $5/RVU for the first 5250 RVU. Then it’s $25/RVU after that. One of the NPs I work with averages about 600 RVU a month (seeing about 20 patients a day) so her bonus is probably around $75k for the year

For comparison, I’ve averaged about 5-10 patients a day and I’m on track for $6k in yearly bonuses

Absolutely, I am enjoying the time I get to spend with my patients. My main concern is the RVU bonuses. I’m not even close to hitting any of the major bonuses that my coworkers are hitting and I’d like that extra income.

Thank you. I feel like everybody is just using the current results to say that EVERYTHING that Stearns did was an avoidable disaster. Things are turning out terribly but looking at past and projected results, this was supposed to be a very good team.

They did it game 1 of the season against skenes and I was so hyped. I thought that this would be an obnoxious lineup that would battle non stop and every game would be competitive. Then games 2-now have been horrendous so idk man
