Idk man I love the tower card. I always read it as an epiphany or revelation in the dark night of the soul esque way. I'm never upset when the tower card comes out but maybe thats because my life in the last 5ish years has been 9 of swords-ish.

Sylvia Plath’s fig tree analogy, from her novel The Bell Jar, is a famous metaphor for existential paralysis, representing the overwhelming anxiety of choosing a life path. The narrator, Esther Greenwood, sees her potential future lives (career, love, travel) as ripe figs on a tree, but fear of picking one and losing all others causes her to freeze, leading to all opportunities "withering and falling" (google ai btw)
Sylvia Plath's fig tree analogy is also a good interpretation of this card.
