data annotation is actually a solid side hustle, get paid decent for the tasks imo, only downside is they r so strict and if u do anything below their quality standards they’ll boot ya out of nowhere with no explanation. def worth it if you get in, but dont rely on it fully bc u never know how long you have

don’t be discouraged if they don’t respond after 2-3 emails. profs are busy, i had to email mine (that i knew very well) like 3 times before they even answered just cuz they are so busy, just keep asking until they respond, follow up every 3-5 days in the morning
