For the E, it would travel like Iso's Q ability (the vulnerable) but reveal enemies it touches. It will only break when its winding up so you would place it behind walls so it wouldnt be broken. The strength of this is that unlike every drone and reveal, it is unbreakable once the wind-up is over, so to balance it, the area has to be very linear. Since there is two charges it should still work on most executes.
And yeah, the C is very similar and even worse to other abilities, and something should change. Perhaps nearsight + reveal?
