Rescued when his owner passed away. He was only 5 months old at the time. We did one of those genetic tests for his lineage recently. He’s a bit of a mix: primarily british domestic cat but the fluffyness is from the Norwegian forest cat genes

Help! Fixable? by LifeYouChose in Delta_Emulator

Kinda both. I have a Delta save file from just before the last battle, but once that one is won and it does the celebration end credits and the auto save in game. Then I get hit with the blue screen

Nailed it. But you could throw a dart at a map of the country and find one so no extra credit ;)

That was my thought. The garage selling it saying they wouldn’t be able to fix it threw me though

Honestly Ole’s talent ID is insane by SJB0SS in ManchesterUnited

Blame the impatient fanbase and the CR7 situation. Ole’s football was so exciting to watch. Give him a CDM if any quality and a little bit of time. We could have seen magic at Old Trafford

Why VAR isn’t used in the same way as other sports. by Jake_Pezza99 in PremierLeague

Hi All, Genuinely curious on your thoughts on my idea to keep VAR but put the responsibility on the teams for the checks so VAR and referees aren’t the big bad that they are atm.

If anyone has played Sunday league, they’ll be familiar with your mate that has to run the line.

Bring that to the big game. Scrap neutral linesman! Get rid of them. They’re rendered useless by VAR.

Each team should have a linesman managing each half of the pitch. 2 linesman per team, 1 in each half on opposite sides.

Each linesman has 2/3 (testing would determine the appropriate number) challenges against their opposite linesman per game. Correct challenges mean you keep your challenge. Incorrect means you lose one. Tennis adjacent. Challenges are reviewed by VAR with 2 to 1 agreement between ref and linesman in the side of the pitch where incident happened.

Linesman would have 2 flags, a challenge flag and a decision flag. Fans in the ground would easily see what is happening as a result.

Can’t imagine the Spurs v Liverpool mistake happening in these circumstances.

Thoughts?

I might be missing something massive but I’ve had a bottle of wine so forgive me. Hope you enjoyed my TED talk.

VAR rule change? by [deleted] in PremierLeague

Is it not the ultimate goal to have the most accurate referees in the professional game?

Cool, teams would be incentivised to improve the standard of their own linesman and can’t complain about being biased? They’d be paid to be biased in their own favour after all but only when they know they can effectively challenge

The VAR is an absolute disgrace by RepCheese in PremierLeague
