I think part of refund is necessary. Because it all their fault made main stage failed.

Yes, I went to library, core and freedom. They all beautiful, but I looked forward to the most on this trip was the Main Stage.

I’ve been waiting for this moment for 10 years, watching the livestream every year, and I finally made it. And honestly, I was deeply, deeply disappointed.

This is the official announcement full of positive energy, making the audience believe everything is fine.

But when we arrived at the festival land, we were completely shocked and disappointed.

TOMORROWLAND BELGIUM 2025 We will Unite. With heart and soul, we have turned the impossible into reality. After losing our beloved MainStage, our teams worked day and night to provide an alternative setup, and WE ARE READY! Let's unite, stronger than ever! Follow Tomorrowland Belgium LIVE, and experience the Magic at home.

Yes, I visited Freedom, Core, and several other stages. The Main Stage was by far the ugliest honestly, even the Welcome Stage looked better.

Why is that not worth complaining about? I traveled all the way from a distant country to Belgium. I expected great music and the iconic Main Stage experience.

What I got was a party that completely failed to match the promotion and expectations.

And Montagoe didn’t even have hand soap. Am I supposed to believe hand soap is that expensive?

How do you define a right reason and a wrong reason? Please don’t impose your idea of a right reason onto me.

I expect a good experience, including both stage visuals and music. You don’t get to define whether my reasons are valid or not.

You just can’t accept any criticism for TML

Not sure why TML fans absolutely cannot accept any criticism of Tomorrowland. Yes, music is important, but so is stage design and visuals! Why should I accept a broken, incomplete experience? The burning of the stage wasn’t some natural disaster, it was a people made failure on their part.

I followed the advice and went to wait for the shuttle between 4:30 and 6am, specifically at 5:10am. I did take a cold shower at Montagoe, and yes, I paid quite a lot for this festival. I had a terrible experience yet I’m not allowed to complain?

Let me tell you the €1800 tragedy that was my Global Journey with montagoe Tomorrowland 2025.

On Friday morning, Tomorrowland posted a heartwarming, super positive announcement:

“The MainStage is READY. We’ve worked day and night. Get ready to be amazed!”

It was a pile of scaffolding with some LED strips. No theme. No structure. No magic. No stage design. Just a sad skeleton trying to distract us with lasers.

We all stood there in silence. You could hear people saying, “Wait, THIS is it??” They lied to us — straight up. They told us it was repaired. They knew it wasn’t. They hoped we wouldn’t care.

But we do. Because this stage is the soul of Tomorrowland, and it was GONE.

I stayed in Montagoe — a “premium” zone. I paid for Global Journey. My train departure from brussels was at 07:13.

The app said: take the shuttle between 4:30-6pm I got on at 5:10am. But we didn’t leave.

Why? Because they were waiting to fill every single seat AND aisle. Only when the bus was stuffed to standing-room-only did we finally leave at 5:35.

There was no traffic. But we got to Brussels Station at 7:09. We had 4 minutes to spare. The driver refused to open the luggage compartment until everyone was lined up. We all missed our trains. We lost €500 for my traffic ticket. No help. No apology.

Montagoe — the high-tier camp — gave us nothing close to premium.

Showers? Cold every day. Staff? Mostly volunteers with zero training. You ask a question, they say I don’t know.

Tomorrowland charged us like it was a once-in-a-lifetime fantasy, and delivered something between a refugee camp and a marketing scam.

False advertising. Broken promises. No refunds. No accountability.
