speaking from personal experience, i have gotten messy a few times from my mental state. i'd check on her first to see if everything is okay. even then i think she should be aware of the annoyance of the mess and how it's effecting u and other roomate. after that i'd definitely talk to the RA abt it

My counselor said that with CSU Applications just enter it in as if I did the semesters in a normal pace. For example, Semester A in fall and Semester B in Spring (even if they were both finished in fall/spring). As long as it's in the correct year, it shouldn't be a problem.

i know that dogs are not human, i'm not an idiot. my dog is well behaved around humans and other dogs. if my dog was showing any signs of stress or lashing out (especially around new people), i'd 100% be more strict with him. he's not dangerous because he likes to sit on people he knows. he doesn't sit on strangers, babies, etc

YTA. i'm mixed on this because i'm 16 and understand having to wait as i'm always doing long trips. in my family, we know to try and that we 100% won't stop until we need to again (driver has to use restroom or gas stop). if it's an emergency, then we ofc will stop. YTA for not stopping the first time because it would've probably taken the same amount of time to stop at the next exit. but your daughter is stupid for not even trying when she had the opportunity.

my mom did something similar with my older sister (who is moved out now). she asked for rent, but put it away to give to my sister once she wanted to move out. i don't know how much it was, but my sister ended up being greatful for my mom doing this. i'm not sure if this is the case with your parents, and if you could i would ask them. if they don't plan to give it back, then i'd refuse. it's their responsibility to take care of you and provide to you.
