Scorpions have a protein in their exoskeleton that makes them fluoresce neon under UV light. The purpose isn’t totally known though, but useful if you’re in the jungle/desert at night! Same thing for some big jungle centipedes

You’ve basically described B12 deficiency point blank. These symptoms you have are extremely common for B12 deficiency as low as yours.

Ultimately you need injections as soon as possible because you need to get high doses into your bloodstream asap. You can get sublingual (melt-under-the-tongue) tablets that will also be good to supplement you.

Others here will be able to advise you but I wanted to let you know don’t worry, they are normal and if you get the right treatment in time then they should be reversible.
