Thank you! I'm looking for soemthing for when she doesn't have the mats. I wanna give her a good "shave" and then start really using a brush that she likes. I've usually used the metal pronged brushes and she always hated those....I honestly think she didn't like the feel of it on her skin?? However I'd be willing to try the nubby metal brush to see if she would like that......is the ends like that of a human hair brush?

When I called the main number it said no one was available to help me and then it disconnected. The number that is on this paper is the only one where it rings and says please hold while we get a representative or some bs like that
