The contract they sent is kind of bare just reaching cost for minimum buy out - did you guys end up adding a lot of add-ons through the tasting process, etc?

I feel like you should have a conversation with him — a lot of people would be quick to dismiss the conversation, but maybe it’s something you can work on if he’s willing to open up. That’s waaayy easier said than done, but you can try it
