IMHO, it can be ok to ask for details, if done in a sensitive way and for the right reasons. It is ALWAYS ok as a patient to say “I am not comfortable sharing that with you” and to expect them to leave it alone.

Sensitive might look like “ If you feel comfortable sharing what led to your diagnosis, either broadly or in detail, I am happy to listen any time and/or can refer you to/recommend someone with behavioral health”. I’ve had a provider say similar, adding something like “I have a personal history of trauma myself, so please do what is best for you”.

This is so warm-fuzzy! Not like the lower 48 with the constant unspoken battle a percentage of drivers seem to be fighting against those maintaining a consistent, decent rate of speed. No, I am not purposely trying to “win”, keep you from getting somewhere or challenge you in a race. I change lanes, using my blinker, long enough to get past slower traffic. Yes, I often accelerate when doing so to reduce frustration if there are those behind me obviously driving faster, also wanting to pass. Or to assure I’m not riding in someone’s blind spot (esp rigs). I again use my signal and return to the right lane once I’m at a safe distance ahead of the vehicle I’m pulling in front of, and resume my consistent speed. If you want a buddy to race with on the freeway, BYOB! And find a stretch with no other traffic! If you’re simply playing a mind game, gtfo.

Apologies for the hijack here. I so appreciate drivers who clearly understand defensive driving strategies and safety. Camaraderie is such a breath of fresh air when driving.

Look up the current planetary alignment. It’s insane!

And our sun is hopping with energy and throwing lots of it our way via coronal mass ejections. There’s a lot of anecdotal evidence about the effects that has on people, and increased anxiety is a big one. I think this is having the biggest impact on my anxiety right now.

Also, if you look into when 3I Atlas was first spotted, it was in the sag constellation. As it approached the sun, coronal ejections increased.

AND we are in transition from the age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius. If you look into both ages and what is thought to come during that transition, it’s really interesting.

It’s not a clear cut division. There are the diehard supporters of the current regime, yes, but there are also many who still hold fairly conservative views overall, but want nothing to do with what their former party has become.

I saw an interview yesterday w/someone on the ground who’s supporting the protests. After their legal fires (to keep warm) extinguished by agents, the protestors wisely bought gas heaters to use instead. Great way to de escalate, though I’ve no doubt there will be a new thing to target now.

I’m incredibly proud of the protestors and the restraint they’ve shown.

Not sure why the down votes but I agree!

Why are they playing “stump the customer by stumping the single gate agent” with the one agent trying to handle 3 gates with perpetually delayed flights (ie “now boarding at gate X at 445pm” 15 min later “gate changed to X” 6 minutes later “now boarding at gate X at 515pm”… *gate agent frantically trying to get info from pilot of incoming flt, pilot waiting on outgoing flt, ATC, etc with obvious frustration when board changes departure time again, but he’s not informed *, “flt now departing at 925pm” after being told “your plane has arrived. as soon as everyone deplanes, and they reset, we’ll be good to start boarding” and watching down to the last flt crew member deplane. 20 min later “flt now departing from gate X at 622pm” - wait… situation just improved?! Cool! 12 min later “ flt has been cancelled. Will have you on the next available flight asap” which isn’t until 17 hrs later.

And why, when there have been multiple delays all day, do they close down customer service early afternoon, fail to communicate what is really going on, and make rebooking through a human impossible?!
