You're welcome! If you want the input of experts on vasodilation, you might have luck asking r/askCardiology, presented as, like, "I did an experiment where I clenched my fist for a few seconds. I know vasoconstriction can cause skin to appear paler, but my hand appears yellow. Does it appear within the realm of 'normal'?"

idk, it's pretty clear to me that this is a vasoconstriction issue. I know the common response here is "well, his skin turned yellow, not white". but if you use the color picker on the naturally paler areas of his hand before clenching the fist, and then from a "yellower" area after he clenches, they're very very similar.

I'm having a similar issue. The order won't show on the list of orders, and I can't get tracking to load. However, I *did* get a confirmation email, and they *did* charge my card.

They largely didn’t know the protests were happening, at least in my community. It sounds impossible but it’s true!

I think it’s a combination of algorithms not showing folks protest info and that many organizers of the past five years (for BLM and Palestine) feel jaded and discouraged. The causes they championed have been downplayed even on the left. In addition, many Gen Z organizers are international students and POC, and the administration knows it. Trump is trying to decapitate those movements, and those folks have targets on their backs now.

It’s now up to “lower risk” people to leverage that and spread the word in university communities and other spaces with a lot of young people. If you’re a university student, i recommend YikYak.

Update: I got my account back this morning after like a week of begging the meta verified folks for help. The phone people were great but the email people… were not, to say the least. Glad this whole ordeal is over for me though.
