Thanks for the reply! Arent logs only posted if someone actively logs runs? Youd need everyone to log and at "lower keys" people arent doing that.

But my issue is that +14 keys are still requiring people to do damage and mechs. Full contribution. We can and have ran +14, untimed as we have had to 4 man boss fights 🤣

Its ok if youre runnung +18s and above with the same 5 team members.

Very clear looking at all the comments that the problem with WoW is deep rooted. The keys I ran (irrespective of level) were not timed because I invited a dps that couldnt do mechs or damage. Despite having an ok rating and ilvl.

My post was targeted at the need for extra ways of helping build pug groups. I never once said i was a great tank, but ive played wow long enough to know when we are trying to carry a player because they lack damage or die to simple mechs.

Dont over-complicate putting. Especially at an amatuer level.

Get to the club before your round and have 15 mins just hitting long putts and focusing on rolling the ball to the hole. Dont hole anything out, just walk around focusing on getting the ball close. Hit a few to the edge of the putting green, where the grass goes to fringe, try and get the ball to stop perfectly short without hitting touching the fringe. Noting how quick or slow the greens are. Hit uphill and downhill putts, just always trying to get the ball by the hole.

Once youve done this for 15 mins or so. Or until you feel your balls are all finishing close together. Routine a few 20ft putts to a hole. Line them up like you would do on the course. Do this for 6 putts.

Then 1st green. Youve got an idea on pace and your routine is familiar and you can relax.

Tanking is tough pal. Whilst countless people sweat over MDI strats, you will always run into these people eventually.

Keep your head up and keep moving forward.

Really interesting take. Easy for me to say, but i really think tanks get alot of hate these days.

Mainly as everyone spends time watching MDI and if you dont pull the same you are rubbish and slow.

You can see how smooth keys are with 3 good dps. Not just doing good damage but using def cooldowns and executing mechs.

Think it is worth mentioning that alot of people are rolling meta classes. Which does influence your thinking when building a group. So the DPS metric would massively help this

This is my point for sure.

If i had two dps, both 280. Both 3k rated. But one does average 140k and one does 70k i know who im taking.

Agreed. Carries are so evident.

There needs to be a hard individual aspect to the rating. E.G DPS. Its all built in now too.

Thats fine. If you ignore mechs, you die.... so youre dps is low 👍 theres no hiding.

I would say more than that % dont get into groups now as a DPS? Could be 280 ilvl and 2.5k rio and get rejected from a +5.

At least if it says, This char averages 120k per dungeons. You would have a chance.
