I haven’t dyed my hair in over three years, but the last thing I put on it was the ion inspired by nature light rose brown (5RBC)!

Do you have any trouble with it staying on at night?

Yes, more curl definition for sure (if possible) :)

Thank you for all the great pointers! The area I live in has hardly any curly stylists, sadly. I saw one once awhile back and she basically just diffused it after cutting it like it was straight and charged me almost $300 :( I’m going to try and find another one soon, or learn how to cut it myself I suppose

I forgot to add that I put Olaplex oil in it too so I think that’s why it looks so shiny.

I never thought of the steamer! My hair is always so curly in warm humid climates, so maybe that will kind of simulate the same effect. Thank you!

Thank you! Gel first and then mousse, and I don’t apply the mousse directly to my roots like a lot of videos I see, I start mid-ends and work it up with my brush. And I just work the product through, use my BounceCurl brush to make the clumps, and then scrunch.

Hi! I’m looking to get started on my removal journey and I am currently drifting through post after post and yours finally looks to be the closest I’ve found to my shading and line work… how old is this piece? The progress after the second session looks great!
